We are not an intermediary, broker or middleman of any type for the provision of any business mentioned on this website.
We are not involved with or the performance of, any business in any way.
Jobs and Services and all matters pertaining thereto are carried out exclusively between the Member and the client
Quotations, correspondence, agreements and any exchange of information whether oral or written or in any other form are strictly between the member and client; any information containing any legal significance are deemed to be given by the party(s) concerned and are not in any way connected with TheSolution.
TheSolution is not a party in any way whatsoever to any agreements for works, products, plans, materials or any services or items of any type or any matters relating to a job or service between the Member and their client
TheSolution relies on data provided by Members and other Third Parties to determine whether applicants should be included and continue to remain on its database of trusted members but does not recommend or endorse any specific business regarding the quality of their work
Whilst wel use all reasonable endeavours, we do not guarantee to be able to find a Tradesman or service suitable for undertaking a jo, whether by reason of geographical restriction or otherwise.
TheSolution provides no guarantee that a Tradesman will contact the Customer.
We do not accept any liability whatsoever regarding any contract or any other agreement entered into between the Customer and the Trade Member. In particular, but without limitation, the Company can accept no liability relating to the quality or fitness of any Work performed or omitted to be performed by any Tradesperson and accordingly shall not be liable to the Customer for any occurrence resulting from the introduction of the Tradesperson to the Customer including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential or inconsequential loss of any kind suffered by the Customer howsoever arising.
It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to satisfy themselves that TheSolution Member is appropriately qualified to complete the job.

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 
Entries must be received by the specified closing date.
Illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid and will not be accepted
All entries subject to verification
We accept no responsibility or liability for lost, damaged or delayed entries
Any entry which is late will be deemed invalid at the organisers sole discretion.
Prize draws are open to UK citizens only or a legal resident of the UK, at all times during the contest.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 at time of entry to the competition.
There is no cash alternative for any non-cash prize.
Prize winners will be drawn at random and will be notified within 21 days of the draw.
Any winner who has not responded to notification within 21 days will forfeit their prize; no replacement winner will normally be selected from other entrants.
Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the closing date or at the discretion and availability of TheSolution.
By entering the competition, the winner consents to the results and winner's name and photograph being published on our website, in our newsletter and any and all media coverage created by the draw.
The judges decision is final. No correspondence regarding the results of the draw will be entered into.
An observer, independent to the free prize draw organisers, will supervise prize draws to ensure that all participants have an equal opportunity of winning.

All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.
Entry to the prize draw will be via the official entry form(s) only.
Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses, residential addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.
We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any prize draw should virus, bugs, un-authorised human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of TheSolution, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the prize draws or for any other reason at the sole discretion of TheSolution.
In the event of cancellation, TheSolution may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such cancellation.
By entering the prize draw and registering on this website, you consent to the collection and use of the information you voluntarily submit, for the purposes described above.
The winner is required to contact TheSolution to confirm acceptance of their prize within 21 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
In the event of a prize winner being disqualified, we are under no obligation to publish this in any shape or form.
TheSolution reserves the right to amend details of prizes in order to benefit the winner.

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to Gift Vouchers (Voucher(s) or Gift Voucher(s)) placed by, or on behalf of, our customers. These Terms and Conditions replace any of our earlier terms and conditions in relation to our Vouchers and no variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by TheSolution in writing. By purchasing a Voucher from us, you agree on behalf of yourself and if not yourself, the person for whom the Voucher is intended, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Vouchers valid for 'eating in' at the restaurant only unless otherwise stated.
Voucher photocopies will not be accepted.
Cash change is not given on purchases which cost less than the value of the Voucher presented. Change of further Gift Vouchers are provided for the unused amount of any Voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers and such Vouchers shall not be refunded. To deface a Voucher will render it invalid.
Allow 5 working days for delivery if requesting Vouchers by mail.
To redeem Vouchers the purchaser must be aged 18 years or over.
Vouchers have no expiry date but we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of any such changes will be given where possible.

Vouchers can be exchanged for a variety of goods or services which may vary from time to time
Vouchers have a face value of 0.0001p.
There is no cash alternative. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards, unless specifically indicated.
Any resale of a Promotional Voucher is expressly prohibited.
Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

To deface a Voucher will render it invalid.

We shall have no liability to Members, Tradespeople, clients or users of TheSolution or this website, for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods or products or services supplied or delivered, that are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
